We shouldn't see things the way our eyes wants us to see it, we should always see what that has to be seen. Seeing is from the mind. Remember, eyes are just for light and what light can shine upon. That is all it is for.
Our eyes may be the best thing we think we have to see the world, just when we think our eyes will guide us, it can also get us lost. Our eyes are just devices to translate light and what light shines upon. Science is all based on our 5 senses, if we, humans were deaf and dumb our "science" about sound will never exist, to some it might even seem that sound are other worldly.
What we don't see, does not mean it don't exist, its just that our body aren't build to receive or to measure such things. For example, we like to see pretty people, but we love or hate about what we can't see in that very person, our little light sensitive device can't help us see such things. Humans are never built to detect sonar, it has never existed to humans until their curiosity to seek for such things trigger the idea for them to be able to create devices that can detect sonar. This is the reason, we humans are given the brain & the mind to create and to think. God has said, we are made in the image of him, we are also creators, just like him. We were given the way to choose how we use them.
Always remember, God, is the almighty one, the beginning and the end, he himself is a creator and has created many things that humans never know of. Humans always think they are the one making the discoveries, it has always been God that has been revealing it to us. God has chosen to reveal himself to us, it is for us to seek ways to get to him. This is what we are meant to be. To seek for him. For he has revealed himself to me, I chose to believe in him, in his existence.
To conclude this from my point of view, I'd say that God had given us such abilities, it is for us to choose how we use it. If our curiosity seeks God, he will show us the way to him. Humans in the world has been seeking for God, but many chose to see what their eyes want to see, if we choose to see beyond what our eyes can see, we can see what God wants us to see.
