Like water, I am a formless entity. I adapt. My form is not understandable but my substance remains the same. Understand my core. I can be softer than a feather yet I can be hard enough to smash through rocks. I change quickly to adapt myself, to blend in with the formed entity. Often misunderstood of my formlessness. I can be the best of friends yet also the worst of enemy. I can be hope and I can be destruction.
Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend
