The Missing Ingredient...
A cook can't say the dish is complete when he consciously knows that he is missing an important ingredient in the recipe. Yet things are so blurry, he knows he has it within him he does not know what is this ingredient that would make the him and his dish stand out. He wanted to prepare this very special dish to a special someone, he knows if his dish don't spark, it would only turn out to be nothing but an incomplete meal, the one that didn't make it. Some say, it is OK go for it, some say "Are you sure?". The dish sure looks OK, but is it really OK? The chef didn't want to flop. It is his one and only chance. He can't make up his mind. Is it the flavor? Or is it the aroma? Maybe it's the texture? but what about the dressing? It shouldn't portion issue. What is lacking to bring out the right package?
